Why I chose this psychologist path

It is worth it to travel extra mile to see this beautiful nature scene.

I sometimes question myself why I travel so far to work.
The workplace is far from the city hub.
It takes a numeral transports for me to travel.

Not only the journey is too long,
I am constantly held back by the unreliable services.
Delays, cancelations made me annoyed.
Worse, I could not even express myself with the monotonous ‘sorry we can’t help.’
I arrive at work all the time exhausted and drained before I could even start my job.

Then I was stopped by this beautiful sunrise.
I never get to see this broad view in the city.
The orange spreads across the ocean blue.
The cotton clouds create a playful pattern in the air.

I was healed.
I tell myself myself why I wanted to be a psychologist in the first place.
I remind my dedication not for convenience, but hardship.
There is a reason people need support, especially when they are in isolation and neglect.

I take on this journey again, and I still annoyed.
My mind is clearer though.
