When we walk in a hurry, our eyes are on the roads but not our minds.
We see but we don’t see.
When we become mindful we notice things gone unnoticed.
Our mindful habits, small as walking tap into our mentality.
There are things we see but not do not feel, because we do not allow ourselves to.
The moment we stop taking granted of the seemingly ordinary,
we reconnect with the values of gratitude.
