There are reasons we only have 24 hours per day.

I love that you’ve written ‘rest well,’ as opposed to sleep well. We both know that many people have a different time sleeping. I’ve often suggested to those I know that they get in the bed to rest, not sleep. Once they begin simply resting, I believe they will drift off for the duration of the time their bodies need to recharge.
Beautiful sharing and yes physical sleeping does not equal to holistic rest. Our minds also need rest. Thank you 🙂
