Letting go of control

Try an experiment:
look at this image.
Then turn away and count to 30 seconds.
Try your best not to think about the duck at all.

Results show that the image still pops up even we try to let go of it, especially at the beginning.
It happens especially after we intentionally tell ourselves not to look at it.
The more you try to control your thought, the more it appears on your minds.

Letting go of control is more difficult than controling.
Let it be.
It is ok we let the image come up while we try to think of the alternative image.

In life problems occur, often out of our control.
Often controling the problem leads us to the worse consequences.
It takes as much wisdom for us to acknowledge that problems do come as when we try to change our way of doing things.
Self acceptance is the key to our positive changes.
