It’s time to do self-care

No one can stay optimistic and passionate all the time.
It is understandable when there are times we feel battered, worn out and demotivated.
It is not the time we beat ourselves up for being lazy.
Our bodies are reminding us that self-care needs to come first.

If we can’t trust ourselves to take rest,
equally we cannot trust to be consoled by the others.
Trust is a fragile thing,
difficult to build but
so easy to break.

Step outside our comfort zone to build trust with ourselves.
Learn to build trust with our bodies.
Listen to what our bodies tell us.
Spend time with our closed others.
Build rapport that we can become comfortable to communicate our needs and difficulties.

Learn to let go of the fear before we truly move on.
