This is the Cantonese styled Chinese Dumpling, a common dim sum dish in China, as well as other Asian countries. The main ingredients are either ground meat, or fined cut vegetables which are wrapped into a thinly rolled piece of dough, and the edges pressed.
The dumplings can be cooked via steam or boiling which are the rather healthy ways.
The dumplings can be eaten with dipping soy sauce and vinegar which are relatively the healthier dipping sauce.
