Give ourselves compassion

To rest is for us to have a better start.
It is easy for us to be compassionate to others, but seldom do we apply compassion to ourselves.

We often have to let go of self-pity or self-blame,
and be kinder to ourselves.
It is ok we want some time off.
It is ok we want to shut down for a while.
It is ok not to be ok.

Give ourselves a chance to heal.
It takes time before we recover.
We just need to give some trust to ourselves.
