‘It is impossible to be worried-free even when we reach the age of 40.
Different life problems come one after another –
career direction, family problems, parents’ healthy, the own future path…
Having learnt tea making for twenty years,
I still cannot attain the ‘nothingness’ state in heart.
My mind is filled with work issues,
things I need to handle when I return home.
Confusion, regret, worries keep coming up on me.
Self-arrogance – or what it really is, self-pride,
only becomes our own obstacles,
a baggage we cannot shake off.
We ought to put down these baggage’s,
clear our minds,
so that we can openly embrace all things.
