Balance between work and rest

Don’t forget to give ourselves some quiet space.
Most people realize they need to stop
only at the state of emergency.
Health issues.
Relationship crisis.
Accidents.

It is not the fact that we do not see the problem coming.
We just downplay the level of potential risk.
‘My work is so important now.’
‘I’m so busy I have no choice.’

If we learn to take small gaps from time to time,
we do not accumulate stress and tension.
Our well being is like physical health.
If we do not regularly attend to our diets or exercise,
we easily get ourselves into some physical conditions.

So as our minds.
We need to regularly attend to our emotional and psychological health.
Depression or anxiety do not occur in a day.
It is a result of long term neglect.
