Art is a healing process

Step outside the box when our minds aren’t clear.
We can find another way to understand about ourselves.

Art is an amazing way for us to reflect and explore our minds.
Through spending time to create the image out,
our minds calm down.
The racy thoughts on our minds fade away,
and we become focused on the only thing on our hands.

Often we express,
but our minds go too fast,
and our emotions don’t catch up.
Then emotions gradually become locked or suppressed,
disconnected from our living.

Art gives us time to take out the space for ourselves.
We don’t completely reject thinking,
rather we welcome thinking to slow down and listen to the emotions.
Allow our emotions to express.
When the two are truly connected,
creativity and inspirations come out.

This is what we call ‘a healing process’.
