5 things to do before we get out of bed:

1. Take 5 deep long breaths in and out
2. Smile for no reason. It relaxes the muscles.
3. Express gratitude. It can be as small as just having had a good sleep.
4. Forgive ourselves for yesterday’s mistakes. Let bygones be bygones.
5. Setting up goals for the day. What are the main priorities?
