Overcoming the Lowest Point

When we are in the lowest point of our life,

what keeps us going is no longer about defending what is right or wrong.

We just have to believe in ourselves,

that we will pull it through.

The world tells us we are not good enough.

Harsh reality fills our thinking with negativity.

We also doubt ourselves,

and blame we are the reason causing all the stupidity.

It is time to stop being the victim.

We are not victims, because this only leaves us avoidant and frightened.

Our minds are filled with negative thoughts about the others, but most importantly about ourselves.

We can be angry.

Be angry that we are human beings and we deserve a chance.

It does help transfer our energy to positive actions.

When being vulnerable and trapped,

we are too busy hiding our true thinking and feelings.

We are afraid to be angry as for fear to show our real selves.

But then why not?

If we believe in ourselves, and that

our actions come from good intentions,

we will make it through.

And anger helps channel this true self out.

Because at the end of the day,

only we and no one else can get ourselves out from our own life struggles.
